About
Sanny Kataoka, the founder of Verilaw, LLC, is a seasoned attorney who started her career as an employment and business litigator at large and medium-size law firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles. She works with clients in various industries, including technology, life sciences and healthcare. Her General Counsel experience includes serving as the first in-house counsel of a life sciences consulting company, where she established a legal team to support a growing international business. Sanny and her team modernized contracting and implemented corporate governance measures while effectively managing risk.
Sanny enjoys working closely with business and executive teams to help drive the business forward with practical legal solutions. She obtained her juris doctor degree from UCLA School of Law and graduated with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
